独木桥的走法

    
    弗洛姆是美国一位著名的心理学家。一天，几个学生向他请教：心态会对一个人产生什么样的影响?

    他微微一笑，什么也不说，就把他们带到一间黑暗的房子里。在他的引导下，学生们很快就穿给了这间伸手不见五指的神秘房间。接着弗洛姆打开房间里的一盏灯， 在这昏黄如烛的灯光下，学生们才看清楚房间的布置，不禁吓出了一身冷汗。原来，这间房子的地面就是一个很深很大的水池，池子里蠕动着各种各样的毒蛇，包括 一条大蟒蛇和三条眼镜蛇，有好几只毒蛇正高高地昂着头，朝他们“滋滋”地吐着信子。就在这蛇池的上方，搭着一座很窄的木桥，他们刚才就是从这座木桥上走过 来的。

    弗洛姆看着他们，问：“现在,你们还愿意再次走过这座桥吗?”大家你看着我，我看着你，都不作声。

    过了片刻，终于有个学生犹犹豫豫地站了出来。其中一个学生一上去，异常小心地挪动着双脚，速度比第一次慢了好多倍；另一个学生战战兢兢地踩在小木桥上身子不由自主地颤抖着，才走到一半，就挺不住了；第三个学生干脆弯下身来，慢慢地趴在小桥上爬过去了。

   “啪”。弗洛姆有打开了房内另外几盏灯，强烈的灯光一下子把整个房间照耀得如同白昼。学生们揉揉眼睛再仔细看，才发现在小木桥的下方装着一道安全网，只是因为网线的颜色极暗淡，他们刚才都没有看出来，弗洛姆大声的问：“现在你们当中还有谁愿意走过这座桥？”

    学生们没有作声。“你们为什么不愿意呢？”弗洛姆问道。“这张安全网的质量可靠吗？”学生心有余悸地反问道。

    弗洛姆笑了：“我可以解答你们的疑问了，这座桥本来不难走，可是桥下的毒蛇对你们造成了心理威慑。于是，你们就失去了平静的心态，乱了方寸，表现出各种程度的胆怯——心态对行为当然有影响的啊。”

    其实人生又何尝不是如此呢？在面对各种挑战时，也许失败的原因，不是因为势力单薄，不是因为智能低下，也不是没有把整个局势分析透彻，而是把困难看得太清 楚，分析得太透彻，考虑得太详尽，才会被困难吓倒，举步维艰。倒是那些没把困难完全看清楚的人，更能够勇往直前。

    如果我们在勇过人生的独木桥时，能够忘记背景，忽略险恶，专心走好自己脚下的路，我们也许能更快地到达目的地。

没想到 2010 年的第一篇我只写了一个字，
但却贴切的表达了多年来我心里的感受。

今年会是个忙碌的一年，
但我相信我还能够应付。
虽然还不知道 SPM 到底要拿多少科，
但我仍会注入 100% 的精神去准备每一科。
